Tickets and purchases
Buying a ticket
Some sales require a ticket for entry, which may carry a charge. Ticket prices and how any ticket value is redeemable against a purchase at the sale are shown at the point of booking. For details of what a sale may cost, book a free consultation.
Cancellations and refunds
Except where required by law, ticket fees are non refundable once a sale has taken place. If a sale is cancelled or rescheduled by us, we will contact ticket holders with details of a refund or transfer to the new date. Refund requests outside these circumstances may be considered by us on a case by case basis, at our discretion.
Billing
You must provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including your name, address, and a valid payment method, when purchasing a ticket or any paid service through the site.
Fee changes
We may change our fees for tickets or listings at any time. Where a change affects a purchase you have already made, it will not apply retrospectively. Any change to future pricing will be reflected on the relevant page before you complete a purchase or booking.
Listing a sale
If you list a house contents sale with us, we act as your agent. We market the sale, sell tickets to buyers, price the items in the property, and manage payment on the day. We do not charge you an upfront fee to list a sale. Our own fee is deducted from the proceeds of the sale itself, as set out in the agreement you accept before your sale is listed, and talked through at your free consultation.
You confirm that you have the right to sell the items included in your listing, and that you will tell us about anything in the property that should be excluded from the sale before it goes ahead.
User accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so is a breach of these Terms, and may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service, and for any activity under your account, whether through our service or a Third Party Social Media Service. You agree not to share your password with anyone else, and to tell us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
You may not use a username that belongs to another person or entity, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
